When I started in product management over ten years ago, I had no idea how dynamic and demanding electronic banking would be. No two days are alike. Only through continuous development can you remain successful in the long run. Today I am responsible for product development and shaping the strategic direction of our EB solutions. Together with my team, we anticipate market trends early and create innovative applications that deliver real value to our clients.

Department review.
Expertise matters! In coordination with the relevant department, we make an initial internal selection and, if there’s a good fit, invite you to a short video interview.
Personal interview.
We would like to get to know you better. We invite you to two personal interviews with the department, including a case study, as well as with the HR team/CEO. The interviews take place at the Omikron office.
Decision.
Is it a good fit on both sides? If we decide to move forward together, all contractual details will be clarified and you will receive your employment contract.
